All software products are delivered as digital licenses and are licensed for your personal use only. Licenses are non-transferable and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

Each license is issued to a single user. Sharing a license with others may result in termination without a refund.

Our software is provided for personal use at your own risk. You are responsible for how you use it and for complying with the terms of service of any game, platform, or third-party service you use it with.

You may not use our products to harass others, attempt to distribute malware, or engage in any unlawful activity.

Hardware devices are shipped to the address provided at checkout. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping details entered are accurate and complete.

Devices that arrive faulty will be replaced at our discretion when reported within 14 days of delivery.

ChipClub provides its products on an as-is basis. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, protection against account penalties, or compatibility with every game, system, or update.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
